MAX10 FPGA

The Appian ADP-M02 is a low cost FPGA development board based on the Intel MAX 10 series. The board utilises the 10M02SCE144C8G FPGA and is powered via a USB connector or board to board headers. The headers are on a standard 2.54mm, 0.1" pitch allowing direct connection to pad boards for adding your own circuits. The device can be programmed using USB Blasters, or the low cost also programmer available from Appian. There is a 20MHz crystal, two push buttons and 3 user LEDs .

The ADP-M02 is a low cost FPGA starter board to help beginners, hobbyists and professional alike. The board can be used as a training platform , test board or even low volume production board. It can be used to interface onto standard 2.54mm pitch pad board for adding your own peripherals.

Code it

Code your own functionality in VHDL or Verilog using your favourite text editor or directly into the Quartus development environment.

Synthesis and Route

Use the free Intel® Quartus® Prime Lite Edition to develop your project. Create a block diagram of your design, integrate your code and connect the required pins. Then synthesise and route your design.

Programme and Test

Download your code to the board using a number of available JTAG programmers. A low cost USB Blaster is available from Appian. You can even debug your project using the logic analyser IP block
